As a landlord I've always been reluctant to use a letting agent as you hear so many bad stories and your putting your trust and investment in their hands. However I can genuinely say that I decided to give Evolution estates a shot last year (2014). The staff (Toby & Kelly) have conducted their duties in a very professional manor. I no longer get silly phone calls from tenants, chasing rent, tenancy paper work, inventories, change of tenants etc. I now have the time to spend with my family. a % of your rental income is a very fair price to pay as if you really are business minded you will appreciate that time is money! I would recommend Evolution estates to any existing or potential landlords.
