The asking rent does not include letting fees. Our standard fees are as follows:

£250 +VAT for Applicant 1
£100 +VAT for each subsequent Applicant/Guarantor

This covers:

* General administration fees
* Reference fees (including credit checks, bank, guarantor, previous landlord, etc)
* Application fees
* Fees for drawing up tenancy agreements
* Inventory fees, including check-in and check-out fees

Depending on your circumstances, additional fees may be charged in the event of Pet disclaimer fees/additional pet deposit.
